‘The St Albans mortgage brokers meet the customer and takes down their details and requirements into a Fact Find. The mortgage brokers will undertake mortgage research based on the customer’s requirements and come up with suitable mortgage options including a product, lender and interest rate choice. We are registered with over 30 lenders and offer a variety of mortgage products. Read Amy Kadir – Why St Albans home buyers should choose an independent mortgage broker. Once these options have been discussed with the customer and a mortgage product has been agreed I will input the relevant information into the lender application software. This enables me to produce a Key Fact Illustration which I send to the customer for their information and records. Once I have input the application I can then upload documents that we have had from the clients. For example payslips, or P60’s. I will then progress the mortgage application with the lender and the solicitor on behalf of our client.’
