Your Application

We work with you and guide you through the application process acting as your central point of contact. Our mortgage brokers submit your fully completed application form to the lender and liaise with them to manage the process all the way to completion.

Documents
Required

You may need to show examples of the following to secure your mortgage. Proof of identity and residency - current driving licence or passport, and proof of address. Proof of income through payslips or bank statements, or accounts for self-employed. Proof of funds for your deposit.

From Mortgage Offer to Completion

Your mortgage offer will be sent to you and your appointed solicitor. At this point your solicitor normally manages the mortgage process, but your Lonsdale Mortgage broker is always available to assist with queries to help you successfully complete on time.
